Driver Improvement Contract
As a student, you will agree to complete a course at a certified driver improvement clinic, which includes 6- hours of instruction. The clinic and its instructors are approved by the Georgia Department of Driver Services (DDS). If the clinic is ready to provide the course, they won't refund your tuition if you drop out. The clinic doesn't guarantee you'll get a driver's license after completing the course but will give you a completion certificate if you pass. The clinic also has a $10,000 performance bond to protect your rights.
The Georgia Department of Driver Services (GA DDS) oversees the Georgia DDS Certified Driver Improvement Program, also known as the Georgia DDS Certified Defensive Driving Program.
This six-hour Defensive Driving course aims to educate new and current drivers on safe driving attitudes and behaviors. Attend our GA DDS Certified and Approved Defensive Driving courses either via Zoom or in person at our Columbus, GA location.
